Łukasz Zemczak informs the Ubuntu Touch community today, May 11, 2016, about the fact that the promised Release Candidate (RC) image for the upcoming OTA-11 software update might be pushed to public testers by the end of the week, but because things are moving so slow, the final release will be delayed by a week.
“OTA-11 still not ready for an rc, but all the required fixes are staged in silos so we might expect to be good for a release candidate spin tomorrow,” said Łukasz Zemczak. “Bad news is all this might also impact the release date, possibly by a week. Well, sometimes issues like this cannot be easily avoided.”
