Softpedia was informed today by 4MLinux developer Zbigniew Konojacki about the immediate availability of version 21.0 of his TheSSS (The Smallest Server Suite) Linux-based server-oriented operating system.
Based on 4MLinux Server 21.0, TheSSS 21.0 is powered by the long-term supported Linux 4.4.30 kernel and includes the Apache 2.4.25 web server, MariaDB 10.1.21 database server, and PHP 5.6.30 server-side programming language. This is also the first TheSSS release to come pre-installed with the LFTP 4.7.5 open-source FTP client.
“This release is based on the 4MLinux Server 21.0, meaning that the components of the LAMP server are now: Linux 4.4.30, Apache 2.4.25, MariaDB 10.1.21, and PHP 5.6.30,” said Zbigniew Konojacki in the release announcement. “This is the first TheSSS release that includes the LFTP utility (v. 4.7.5).”
