Today, August 10, 2016, openSUSE’s Douglas DeMaio has informed the openSUSE Tumbleweed community about the new software versions that landed in the snapshots released last week.

About a week ago, we reported on the implementation of the latest Linux 4.7 kernel for the openSUSE Tumbleweed rolling release operating system. Now we would like to tell you a little bit about other popular open-source applications pushed to the software repositories of the popular GNU/Linux distribution, which more users are adopting lately.
