The GNOME 3.20.1 desktop environment was released two weeks ago with numerous updated components, but it looks like some of them are yet to receive their first point releases.
The Nautilus (Files) file manager is one of those components that only today, two weeks after the launch of GNOME 3.20.1, received the first maintenance release in the stable 3.20 series. We’ve spotted Nautilus 3.20.1 earlier today, April 28, 2016, on the main GNOME FTP download servers.
And, as usual, we’ve managed to get out hands on the internal changelog, which we’ve also attached at the end of the article for reference, so we can tell you what has been changed since Nautilus 3.20. There is a total of seventeen bug fixes in Nautilus 3.20.1, as you can see from the release notes.
