As expected, Linus Torvalds released a few minutes ago, September 20, the second Release Candidate (RC) build of the upcoming Linux 4.3 kernel series, due for release later this year.
According to Linus Torvalds, Linux kernel 4.3 Release Candidate 2 is a fairly normal release which consists of the usual mix of updated driver and architecture fixes with a small amount of updates to the perf tooling.
