Today, December 6, 2016, The Document Foundation, through Italo Vignoli, was proud to announce the upcoming third bug hunting session for the LibreOffice 5.3 open-source office suite.
Now that early adopters can enjoy the goodies implemented so far in LibreOffice 5.3, due for release at the end of January 2017, if they’ve installed the first Beta development snapshot, the LibreOffice developers and contributors are preparing for a third bug hunting event that will take place later this week between December 9 and 10.
“Mentors will be available on December 9 and December 10, 2016, from 8AM UTC to 10PM UTC. Of course, hunting bugs will be possible also on other days, as the builds of LibreOffice 5.3.0 Beta 2 will be available until mid December,” said Italo Vignoli. “We would like to see the new font layout engine tested on MacOS in particular.”
