There’s a new stable release of the GTK+ multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces (GUIs), versioned 3.22.6, which promises to work better with OpenGL ES 2.0, the standard for embedded accelerated 3D graphics.
GTK+ 3.22.6 is the sixth maintenance update to the stable 3.22 series of the GUI toolkit, which is used by default and distributed with the GNOME 3.22 Stack, coming approximately one month after the previous version, namely 3.22.5. There are a bunch of bug fixes shipped with the new point release.
One that caught our attention is a fix to improve OpenGL checks to work better on OpenGL ES 2.0. But there are many other interesting changes, besides the update of the German and Russian language translations, which you can view on the changelog attached at the end of the story.
You should update to GTK+ 3.22.6 as soon as possible
