Kodi 16.0 "Jarvis" to Feature a Different and Powerful Music Library

The Kodi media hub is preparing for another major release, and a new Beta for the 16.x branch is now ready for testing. A lot of fixes have been added, but it looks like the Music Library has received some proper attention.
