The open-source, cross-platform and free integrated development environment (IDE) software KDevelop has been updated the other day, October 17, 2016, to version 5.0.2.

KDevelop 5.0.2 appears to be a regular maintenance update and arrives approximately one week after the announcement of the first point release to the KDevelop 5.0 series, which is currently the most advanced version of the project, adding a port to the latest KDE Frameworks 5 and Qt 5 technologies, improved C/C++ support, QMake support, QML/JavaScript support, per-project widget coloring, as well as CMake support.
