Today, February 9, 2017, KDE has had the great pleasure of announcing the general availability of the second point release of its KDE Applications 16.12 software suite for KDE Plasma desktops.

That’s right, we’re talking about KDE Applications 16.12.2, which comes exactly one month after the release of KDE Applications 16.12.1 to address over 20 recorded bugs and implement various improvements across most, if not all the bundled applications, including Kdenlive, Dolphin, KDE PIM, Okular, KTouch, Ark, KMail, Kajongg, and Kate.

“This release contains only bugfixes and translation updates, providing a safe and pleasant update for everyone,” reads today’s announcement. “More than 20 recorded bugfixes include improvements to KDE PIM, Dolphin, Kate, Kdenlive, KTouch, Okular, among others.”
