Just a few minutes ago, openSUSE Project, through Douglas DeMaio, proudly announced the availability of the first Release Candidate (RC) version of the upcoming openSUSE Leap 42.2 operating system.
Powered by Linux kernel 4.4.24 LTS, the Release Candidate of openSUSE Leap 42.2 comes two weeks after the third and last Beta development snapshot to add even more bug fixes and improvements to the GNU/Linux distribution, which is based on the source code from its bigger brother, SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE) Service Pack (SP) 2.
